Stainless Steel 305 Tubing is made up of 17–19% chromium, 10.5–13% nickel, ≤2% manganese, ≤1% silicon, and ≤0.12% carbon, which together provide excellent corrosion resistance and enhanced formability. It boasts a tensile strength of about 515 MPa, a yield strength of 205 MPa, an elongation of 40%, and a Brinell hardness of roughly 170–180 HB. The high nickel content enhances ductility, toughness, and resistance to scaling in high-temperature and corrosive environments. SS 305 Tubing is easy to weld, maintains great dimensional stability, and performs reliably under mechanical and thermal stresses in demanding industrial applications.
