321H Flanges of Stainless Steel are a titanium-stabilized austenitic stainless steel alloy with 17–19% chromium, 9–12% nickel, and up to 0.6% titanium. Titanium stabilizes the alloy, avoiding sensitization and improving high-temperature service. These flanges have high oxidation, corrosion, and scaling resistance at high temperatures, with tensile strength from 515–860 MPa, yield strength of 205 MPa, and elongation of about 40%. Their thermal stress mechanical stability and high durability qualify them for repeated cycling applications at high temperatures in chemical, petrochemical, and power generation industries.
