Stainless Steel 321 Pipe Fittings are titanium-stabilized austenitic stainless steel fittings that have 17–19% chromium, 9–12% nickel, and up to 0.6% titanium. Titanium avoids sensitization and increases resistance against intergranular corrosion in high-temperature conditions. These fittings provide superior oxidation resistance, high strength in tension, and thermal stress durability. Mechanical characteristics are tensile strength of 515–860 MPa, yield strength of 205 MPa, and elongation of about 40%. Corrosion resistance, mechanical stability, and high-temperature properties combined ensure long-term performance reliability in demanding aerospace, chemical, and petrochemical applications.
