Stainless Steel 304H Coils are composed of 18–20% chromium, 8–11% nickel, and 0.04–0.10% carbon, which contribute to their impressive high-temperature strength and creep resistance. They also contain ≤2% manganese, ≤1% silicon, and trace amounts of phosphorus and sulfur. These coils boast a tensile strength of around 515 MPa, yield strength of 205 MPa, an elongation of 40%, and a Brinell hardness of about 201 HB. The high-carbon content ensures mechanical stability at elevated temperatures, while the austenitic structure offers excellent corrosion resistance, weldability, and toughness, making them ideal for demanding industrial settings and fabrication tasks.
