The alloy also contains ≤2% manganese, ≤1.5% silicon, ≤0.25% carbon, along with trace elements like phosphorus and sulfur. These fittings boast a tensile strength of about 515 MPa, a yield strength of 205 MPa, and an elongation of roughly 40%, with a hardness around 217 HB. Their stable austenitic microstructure guarantees excellent mechanical properties, high toughness, and thermal stability, making SS 310 Pipe Fittings ideal for extreme environments with continuous thermal cycling.
