Stainless Steel 321H Bolts are titanium-stabilized, high-carbon austenitic stainless bolts designed for long-lasting performance in high-temperature applications. With chromium (17–19%), nickel (9–12%), and additional titanium, they are resistant to intergranular corrosion and inhibit carbide precipitation. The higher carbon content provides high strength and thermal stability, especially under cyclic heating conditions. Such bolts provide tensile strength of approximately 515 MPa, yield strength of approximately 205 MPa, and elongation of 40%. Maintaining mechanical properties at temperatures up to 815°C (1500°F), Stainless Steel 321H Bolts provide durability, resistance to oxidation, and long-term dependability in harsh operating conditions.
