TC Liners are mainly made of tungsten carbide (WC) bonded with cobalt or nickel as a binder, typically containing 85–95% WC. This unique blend gives them incredible hardness, ranging from 1400–2000 HV, and impressive compressive strength that surpasses 6000 MPa. They also boast excellent wear resistance, minimal thermal expansion, and good toughness, ensuring they remain stable under high pressure and abrasive conditions. These mechanical properties make TC Liners ideal for long-lasting performance in harsh environments, significantly extending their service life compared to traditional steel liners.
