Stainless Steel 316Ti Stud Bolts contain 16–18% chromium, 10–14% nickel, 2–3% molybdenum, stabilized with titanium (minimum five times the carbon content) to enhance resistance to intergranular corrosion. These stud bolts provide a tensile strength of around 75 ksi, yield strength of about 30 ksi, and elongation of about 40%. The titanium stabilization eliminates carbide precipitation during welding and high-heat exposure to provide long-term durability and structural integrity in harsh environments.
