They also include ≤2% manganese, ≤1% silicon, ≤0.045% phosphorus, and ≤0.03% sulfur. With a tensile strength of about 515 MPa, yield strength of 205 MPa, elongation of 40%, and Brinell hardness ranging from 170 to 180 HB, both grades exhibit excellent toughness, corrosion resistance, and formability. The low-carbon 304L variant enhances weldability and minimizes the risk of sensitization in welded structures, making these angles ideal for high-performance structural applications.
