Khaleed Stainless is a reliable manufacturer and supplier of AWS Class E410NiMo-16 Electrodes based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We pride ourselves on delivering top-notch welding consumables tailored for demanding industrial applications. These electrodes are specially designed for welding 410 and 410NiMo martensitic stainless steels, which are often used in situations that require exceptional strength, toughness, and resistance to corrosion. With features like excellent arc stability, easy slag removal, and crack resistance, E410NiMo-16 electrodes guarantee strong and durable welds. They’re perfect for industries that need outstanding performance in harsh and corrosive environments.
AWS Class E410NiMo-16 Electrodes are made up of chromium (11.5–14%), nickel (3.5–4.5%), molybdenum (0.4–0.65%), manganese (≤1%), silicon (≤1%), and carbon up to 0.04%. This well-balanced composition boosts hardness, strength, and resistance to both corrosion and erosion. The mechanical properties include a tensile strength ranging from 650 to 750 MPa, a yield strength of about 450 MPa, and an elongation of 18 to 22%. The weld deposits offer high toughness, excellent wear resistance, and stability, even when faced with stress and fluctuating temperatures.
